Based on Charlie Papazian's "The Home Brewer's Companion", 2nd edition, page 317. This is a little bit out of style using original recipe and even more with El Dorado hops.
Real OG of 1,048 measured with a spectrometer which is usually 0.004 less then floating device.

Yeast is 2nd generation harvested from #121.

2015-Feb-09: started. Burned bottom of the bag, had to fix it and start over again. Lost whole grist.
2015-Feb-11: very sttrong fermentation since the beginning.
2015-Feb-18: moved to secondary
2015-May-05: moved keg to the kegorator
2015-Jun-21: very good beer
