2014-Dec-27 : started using step BAIAB mash. OG measured with refractometer was 1,045, with floating device 1,052. Fermentation visible in the evenning (~ 6hrs later)
2014-Dec-28 : very good fermentation
2015-Jan-03 : moved to secondar and harvested yeast.
2015-Jan-14 : kegged
2015-Feb-06 : nice beer and good carbonated by now
