Batch #82 - Dark Kent Ale
Started batch on Apr 15, 2012:
Recipe:
- 6.0 lb Dark Malt Extract (www.midwestsupplies.com)
- 1.75 oz hop pellets (Kent Goldings, 5.0% alpha) 60 min
- 0.75 oz hop pellets - finishing (Kent Goldings, 5.0% alpha) 5 min
- Safale S-04 yeast (dry ale type)
- Specific gravity 1,0??
Procedure:
Sanitized everything with Star San. Boiled wort for 60 minutes and then cooled down with cooper coil cooler. Pitched yeast at 25C. Kept in basement temperature (~64F)
Progress log:
- Apr. 16, 2012 - Fermentation in the evenning every 1sec.
- Apr. 30, 2012 - Kegged week after fermentation in conical fermenter stopped. Drained yeast slure every day last week.
- Jun. 26, 2012 - Gone.
