- 8 lb Pilsner malt
- 2 lb Munich Malt
- 1.0 oz hop pellets (Hallertauer, 5.0% alpha) 60 min
- 1.0 oz hop pellets (Hallertauer, 5.0% alpha) 10 min)
- 51 g melanoidin malt
- Safeale S-04 Dry Yeast
- Specific gravity 1,036
Progress log:
- Feb 26, 2012 - buble every 5 seconds in the morning.
- Mar 03, 2012 - racked to secondary, light color and very clean.
- Mar 10, 2012 - kegged, very Helles with German hop aroma.
Evaluation:
