    • 6.0 Midwest supplies Pilsen Malt extract
    • 3.0 lb Briss Pilsen Light DME
    • 2/3 oz. Cascade hops for 60 min, 6.1% Alpha
    • 1/3 oz. Warrior hops for 60 min, 17% Alpha
    • 1 oz. Cascade for 30 min, 6.1% Alpha
    • 1 oz. Cascade for 3 min, 6.1% Alpha
    • Safelager S-23 ale yeast, 11 gram, no starter, prepared per package instruction.
    • Original specific gravity 1,0??

    Procedure:

    brewing for the first time in Conical Fermenter

    Progress log:

    • Jan 29, 2012- Fermentation started within 24 hours. Today morning every 1 second>.
    • Feb 6, 2012 -removed dead yeast. 4 days - approx 3-4 cups.

    Evaluation:

    • Feb 10, 2012 - great beer, delicate.
    • Feb 22, 2012 - excellent beer: good aroma and very white head
