Recipe:

  • 6.0 Midwest supplies Pilsen Malt extract
  • 1 oz. Perle hops for 60 min, 7.8% Alpha
  • 1 oz. Saaz for 30 min, 3.2% Alpha
  • 1 oz. Saaz for 3 min, 3.2% Alpha
  • Safelager S-23 ale yeast, 11 gram, no starter, prepared per package instruction.
  • Original specific gravity 1,0??

Procedure:

Progress log:

  • Dec 9- Fermentation started within 24 hours. Today morning every 1 second>.
  • Dec 12, 2011 - moved to secondary
  • Dec 22, 2011 - kegged very clear beer.

Evaluation:

  • Jan 10, 2012 - great beer, delicate.
  • Jan 22, 2012 - excellent beer: good aroma and very white head
  • Feb 6, 2012 - drunk last glass. Very good beer.
