Recipe:
- 6.0 Midwest supplies Pilsen Malt extract
- 1 oz. Perle hops for 60 min, 7.8% Alpha
- 1 oz. Saaz for 30 min, 3.2% Alpha
- 1 oz. Saaz for 3 min, 3.2% Alpha
- Safelager S-23 ale yeast, 11 gram, no starter, prepared per package instruction.
- Original specific gravity 1,0??
Progress log:
- Dec 9- Fermentation started within 24 hours. Today
morning every 1 second>.
- Dec 12, 2011 - moved to secondary
Dec 22, 2011 - kegged very clear beer.
Evaluation:
- Jan 10, 2012 - great beer, delicate.
- Jan 22, 2012 - excellent beer: good aroma and very
white head
- Feb 6, 2012 - drunk last glass. Very good beer.
